Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky Engaged to Roberto with 50K Diamond Engagement Ring
Aug 25th
Hey Bachelorette fans…did you watch the finale and see Ali Fedotowsky get swept off her feet – and her stunning engagement ring?
Diamond lovers will be pleased to know that Ali is wearing a beautiful 3.03-carat ring. It is designed by Neil Lane. The lovely engagement ring is accented with 184 – we’re not kidding! – round cut diamonds. Doesn’t that sound like a ring full of sparkly wonderfulness? We would certainly have to agree. The ring according to Peaceofmonline.com is estimated to be worth $50,000.
Ali’s ring was custom designed just for her by Neil Lane, jeweler. The inspiration was Ali’s personality – a combination of both true girliness and big town sophistication. The diamond engagement ring took weeks to be created. And we can see it is truly lovely and stunning. Certainly Ali and her fiancé must be very pleased with its design and overall sparkliness!
Roberto knew he wanted to propose. The jewelry designer and Roberto got along quite well. Roberto actually picked out Lane’s original choice for Ali as the diamond engagement ring!
On Episode 10, we watched as Roberto took Ali on their romantic final date. They went jet skiing on Bora Bora. They went to a private island and had a picnic on the beach. Truly a romantic date, ending with Roberto saying he’d always known Ali was the woman for him.
On their final day together Roberto asked Ali to marry him. As we know, she said “Yes.” Ali gave Roberto that final Bachelorette rose letting him know he was the man for her. Ali had finally chosen her true love, from the 25 man she’d started with in the beginning.
The couple enjoyed spending time in Bora Bora being newly engaged and being in love. Many congratulations and much happiness to Ali and her fiancé!

The appeal for a man’s engagement ring is easy for both sexes. A man can also like the symbol the ring signifies of their commitment and romantic relationship – and the loving thoughts behind giving a man this diamond engagement ring.
H.Samuel The Jeweler has created Tioro, a man’s engagement ring made from titanium and with a diamond. It is a contemporary style and has stripes on the band. The diamond is within the band and a complimenting accent anyone would appreciate. The stripes are blue, a wise choice that easily compliments most men’s work and casual wardrobes. This is a diamond engagement ring for men that keeps in mind the lifestyle most men lead. The ring is 99 pounds sterling, sold in the UK and shipped internationally.

Mia Farrow’s Testimony on the Charles Taylor Trail
Aug 9th
Charles Taylor might be in trouble. As reported last week, Naomi Campbell testified at his trial in he Special Court for Sierra Leone. Taylor is being charged with crimes against humanity during his presidency of Liberia, as well as during his exile in Nigeria. The crimes against humanity Taylor’s pleaded not guilty to include enlisting child soldiers, participating in sexual slave trade, and eleven counts of murder. Campbell was asked to testify because she had allegedly received uncut diamonds from Taylor during a 1997 event at Nelson Mandela’s home. From the description of the diamonds, it would seem they are “blood diamonds” – diamonds mined in a war zone and used to buy arms and fund civil wars (something Taylor is also accused of taking part in), and connecting Taylor to those diamonds is important to the prosecution’s case. Campbell’s testimony last week was not damning to Taylor – she was ambiguous about the gift she received, refraining from calling the stones “diamonds” and stating that she wasn’t completely sure who gave them to her.
Farrow testified to the contrary, stating that Campbell came in to breakfast with Farrow and her children, “gushing” about how “men sent by Charles Taylor” brought her a “huge diamond” in the middle of the night.
Another person who was at the event, Campbell’s manager Carole White, is set to testify soon, and her story will likely corroborate Farrow’s description of the events, rather than Campbell’s. White has already told prosecutors that Campbell and Taylor flirted with each other during the dinner, and there he promised to send Campbell some diamonds. Prosecutors believe if they can link Taylor to the blood diamonds, they can obtain a conviction. They’ve already convicted eight individuals in the Special Court, which is located in The Hague was set up by the United Nations specifically to try suspected war criminals. Taylor’s trial is the last on the list ,and the court will shut down after that.
All of the diamonds offered on Danforth Diamond‘s website are conflict-free, which means they are NOT “blood diamonds.” Danforth supports the Kimberley Process and is a registered StopBloodDiamonds.org Jeweler.
